The potassium-sodium ratio
500 mg of potassium from potassium citrate, paired with 150 mg of sodium from plain sodium chloride. Your cells evolved with more potassium than sodium, and we match that ratio.

Magnesium with active B6
100 mg of magnesium as di-magnesium malate, co-delivered with 5 mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, its active form, to support the body's use of magnesium. Magnesium supports electrolyte balance and healthy energy levels.

Boron for retention
3 mg of elemental boron from boron glycinate, included as a supporting nutrient for the retention of absorbed minerals.

Taurine, for water balance
1,500 mg of taurine, an amino acid your body already makes. It helps your cells hold on to the right amount of water, which matters most on the days you lose a lot of it.

Sodium-glucose cotransport
3 g of dextrose at a functional dose. Your gut absorbs sodium and glucose together, and water follows them in. It's the mechanism behind oral rehydration therapy. We use the functional minimum: enough to activate the pathway, not enough to act as a sweetener.
