The 3.3:1 Potassium-Sodium Ratio
Potassium citrate paired with sodium from pure sodium chloride, in a deliberately potassium-forward ratio. Your cells evolved with more potassium than sodium — we match that ratio.
Magnesium with Active B6
Magnesium malate co-delivered with vitamin B6 as P5P, its active form. Included to support the body's use of magnesium. Magnesium supports electrolyte balance and healthy energy levels.
Boron for Retention
Elemental boron from boron glycinate, included as a supporting nutrient for retention of absorbed minerals.
The Organic Osmolyte
Taurine is one of the body's primary organic osmolytes — it helps regulate cell volume and supports electrolyte gradients under osmotic stress.
Sodium-Glucose Cotransport
Dextrose at a functional dose. Sodium and glucose are absorbed together across the intestinal wall via SGLT1, and water follows. This is the mechanism behind oral rehydration therapy. Without a functional glucose dose, sodium absorbs less efficiently and hydration lags. We use the functional minimum — enough to activate the pathway, not enough to act as a sweetener.
