Our Commitment

MNRL stands behind the quality of every batch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Opened products are not eligible for return unless there is a verified quality or safety issue (see “Defective or Incorrect Items” below).

How to Request a Return

Email support@mnrl.bio with:

• Your order number
• The reason for return
• A photo of the product and packaging (required)

We will respond within 3 business days with return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mnrl.bio. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

Subscription/autoship orders (when available) may be cancelled before the next charge date by contacting support. Already-shipped subscription orders are subject to the same 30-day return policy above.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Opened products (except for quality/safety issues)
• Products not purchased directly from mnrl.bio
