Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Batch 001 is expected to ship Q3 2026. Pre-order and waitlist customers will be notified by email before any charge is collected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $[THRESHOLD — confirm before launch].

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates will be confirmed at launch. Customers outside the United States should contact support@mnrl.bio for availability in their region.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. MNRL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact support@mnrl.bio.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MNRL is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery (as shown by carrier tracking). If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If a package is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery), contact us at support@mnrl.bio. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. MNRL is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mnrl.bio — we can correct the address before dispatch but cannot redirect packages already in transit.
