MNRL collects email addresses submitted through our waitlist and contact forms. We do not collect payment data, location data beyond country, or any data you do not explicitly provide.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used exclusively to notify you of batch availability, respond to support requests, and share relevant product updates. We do not send promotional email to contacts who did not opt in.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers (transactional email, hosting) access data only to the extent required to operate the service.

Data Protection

All data is stored using enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. We retain email addresses only as long as the associated product or support relationship is active.

Analytics

We may collect anonymized, aggregated analytics (page views, session duration) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@mnrl.bio. We will process deletion requests within 14 business days.
